- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit, along with liability for any damages.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Any violation of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not authorized without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in a fine and shutdown.
