Villa Joy consists of the main villa and an annex which are very close together, set in a beautiful garden, a veritable green island in the centre of which is a large swimming pool and various areas organized for relaxation and fun in the open air. The property is located in a residential area along the road leading to the town, in the picturesque landscape of the Tuscan countryside; its strong point is the location (5 km from the A1 motorway, the Autostrada del Sole), ideal for visiting the numerous tourist spots in the surroundings and just a short distance from the main road links that will bring you within easy reach of the art cities of Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Cortona.
