I along with 21 family members had the pleasure of vacationing in Davenport Florida in June of 2023. I had initially paid to reserve a home thru another agency but unfortunately that home was sold. I almost panicked because it was getting close to our vacation but instead I began another online search. It was then that I was able to book thru topvillas. This home was the one meant for us from the start. It was everything we had hoped for. It was very beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was great. Check in and check out was very easy. I will definitely book with topvillas for all of my vacation needs.

It was very remarkable when we walked into the house on Saturday. The accommodation was superb, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone was happy, and we loved the theatre room. Took lots of pictures. Would not hesitate to book another family vacation. (Please see recommendations) We loved the fact that each room had its bathroom. The privacy it provided was excellent.
