Guest Access: Guest can access the home 24/7 with easy self check-in using smartlock technology. Guest will also have access to the large two-car side of the garage and side RV parking.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Although this home has seen a fair share of minor updates it was still built in 1980. You should be aware that you may experience minor issues consistent with a 40+ year old home. Should any minor issues arise, we will be available to assit efficiently.
