By Car
Driving is the most convenient way to get to Big Bear Lake, especially if you're coming from Los Angeles or nearby cities. The drive takes about 2 to 2.5 hours (depending on traffic and road conditions) and offers stunning views of the mountains.
From Los Angeles:
Take I-10 East to Highway 330, then continue to Highway 18, which takes you directly to Big Bear Lake. This is the most common route and a straightforward drive, but be sure to check weather conditions, as snow can make the roads tricky in winter.
From San Bernardino:
