The best family vacation ever
This place was amazing!!! The children absolutely loved it. When they saw the themed bedrooms, they went crazy. It was non-stop fun for the kids, from the the house pool, game rooms, theater room and community pool there was something to keep them active every waking moment. As for the adults...it was spacious and clean and we enjoyed all the amenities the kids enjoyed. Initially when we drove up, the community seems congested and busy but they were still doing construction and once we got inside the home, the outside was not a factor. The only problem we encountered was the wifi/internet connection. We actually rented two homes right down the street from the other and we could barely get a signal or get local programming on the television. Overall this vacation would be a 9.80 out if 10.0 because the of the internet connection.

Topvilla #16 was over the top! OMG-NESS! The 11 bedrooms with bathroom on suites were more than we (family of 23 members) could imagine when compared to our previous 6yrs stay in SANDBRIDGE VA Bch. Pros: Spacious, pristine, New, bright colors, and CLEAN. Did not find a speck of dust or dirt. Top-villa picks up trash EVERYDAY. Bedrooms were spread out, not on top of each. Beds/pillows/mattresses /bedding to include bunkbeds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Blue pool towels were bountiful. Hardwood, tile and carpeted floors were perfectly placed in the floor plan. Huge open kitchen, 1 large double door/side by side industrial frig, 1 standard double door w/bottom freezer, and 1 small single door fridge. Plenty of dish & silverware. Double stove w/ confection oven plus another separate 5 eye gas stove top & oven. More than enough seating in the formal dinning room. Screened in pool was a God send (no mosquitoes, no bugs, no flies). Kids loved the basketball hoop connected to pool. Adults absolutely loved "hot tub". The arcade was an instant hit. My 3yrs great-nephew fell in love with the playground less than a block away. Family members utilized the office Conference center to tighten up loose ends from work. A/C worked phenomenally. However unaware of the fact, A/C cuts off/resets if doors are left open even an "inch" (look for door sensors at top of doors & windows). I completely understand it conserves energy. Company responds pretty quickly to questions & concerns. Family utilezed the double washer/dryer units upstairs and the single unit downstairs. The gym room was a welcome as the family is comprised of track & field/football athletes. Overall We loved the house and would stay again and whole heartedly recommend the Top-villa community to EVERYONE. Note: the blackout curtains were awesome. Cons: Office conference center was a convenience however, it was a converted garage with a hazardous BLIND "step down" transition from main floor plan to office conf center. Family member unexpectedly stepped down, fell & sustained hairline fracture of left wrist. We called company and they quickly placed a label at the hazard. Outside: Not sure why we were required to rent a $75 gas grill, when a grill was attached to the house's outdoor kitchen. Movie theater shared walls with 2 bedrooms (Loud & disturbing if there was a late night movie session. Kitchen lacked simple appliances like Keurig (there was a standard drip coffee pot), waffle maker, there no cookie sheets . Also other resorts supply complimentary dish towel sets to include sponge and dish cloth. Small broom & hard frozen/sponge mop was not enough for spills or cleaning up crumbs after breakfast/dinner. Parking was inadequate & villa only provided 5 parking passes and stopped family menbers without a car parking pass coming through the gate. Huge house sleeps approximately 26 people and you get 5 passes? Majority of us are retired military and traveled from KS,MS,NC,MD,VA,PA, GA. Upstairs there was a lack of seating in the common area ( poker & pool table in middle of the floor) no couch only stand-alone table chairs for poker table. WE DONT PLAY POKER. Arcade basketball game NEVER worked the week we stayed 2-9 July. Also with the exception of Master Suite, ALL shower heads shot streams of water out that felt like the equivalent of laser bullets,(hitting private parts..OUCH) please install adjustable showerheads PLEASE!
