- Pets are allowed with restrictions: only one dog per reservation unless approved in advance. Dogs must be house-trained, kept off furniture, and crated if left alone. A $500 fine applies for any undisclosed pets.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise and violations of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000. No speakers or sound systems are provided.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Use of Amenities
- The downstairs bedrooms are accessible only via an exterior stairway and have no heating or cooling.
