- The property is fully fenced but does not have a private fenced garden.
- Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May to the 15th of October.
- A damage deposit of EUR 300 has to be paid locally.
- A damage deposit of EUR 2000 has to be paid locally for groups under 21 years of age.
- Heating/gas charges of EUR 5 for m3 to be paid on the spot, upon consumption.
