- No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval and may require an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine will be imposed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
