- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy results in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Pets are allowed for a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets without approval incurs a $500 fine per pet.
Use of Amenities
- During summer, high desert temperatures may cause pool temperature to rise, which cannot be controlled.
