- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Violations result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and responsibility for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Noise violations may incur fines of up to $10,000 per incident.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written consent and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down with a fine imposed.
- Pets are welcome for a fee. Bringing pets without approval incurs a $500 fine per pet.
- The property permits an additional two guests beyond the bed count. Additional linens and trifold floor mattresses are available upon request.
- Parking is limited to 1 car per bedroom, with 2 spaces available in the parking lot.
- Use of the BBQ grill is available; guests are responsible for cleaning after use.
- Security cameras are installed at the entrance for guest safety.
