Royal Westmoreland - Royal Villa 17, an exquisite 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse located near the communal pool in the Royal Villa neighbourhood of Royal Westmoreland, Barbados. This luxury Barbados vacation villa offers an open-plan living space that extends into a covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining amidst tranquil tropical gardens a splendid setting for a family vacation in the hub of Barbados' luxury living. The Barbados vacation villa’s living and dining areas are elegantly outfitted and lead to a covered terrace where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of meticulously maintained gardens a serene oasis for afternoon relaxation. The master suite is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king-sized bed with direct access to the private terrace, overlooking vibrant tropical gardens. It includes extensive closet space and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers luxury with two twin beds and access to the terrace, providing a peaceful retreat perfect for enjoying Barbados’ spectacular sunsets.

Social Membership

This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
