AMAZING Experience!

This was our second time using Top Villas. It should have been our third however our last trip we decided to use another vacation provider and to say we were highly disappointed was being nice. The level of customer service and communication you receive from Top Villas is top notch compared to others in the Orlando area. Reunion Resort was STUNNING! 519 was AMAZING! The home is presented as shown in the photos however the photos do it no justice. The home is in a super quiet area of the resort, back up to the golf course (no one behind you) and is relatively private. We had no issues with the neighbors or anything. ZERO complaints! The one thing I would mention would be for the owners to invest in better mattresses for the 3 main beds. They were spring mattresses and not something you would find in a luxury rental. We still had a good nights rest but it would have been perfect if the mattresses were better quality. The pillows were amazing! If you plan on using the resort amenities I highly recommend renting the golf cart from Top Villas. This home was immaculate and very calm/peaceful. I also appreciated the extra protection from the pool alarm. Super Super clean!
