Where exactly is Windsor Hills Resort?
Windsor Hills is located in the beautiful area of Kissimmee, just 2 miles from Disney World. The address for your sat nav is: 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Road, Kissimmee, FL 34747.
Within close proximity are all the major theme parks as well as Orlando International Airport. One of the closest resorts to Disney, Windsor Hills even offers access to a convenient back road straight to Disney’s Animal Kingdom park. Universal Studios is also within easy reach by heading northeast along the main I-4 interstate.
Out and about are plenty of local amenities including a few Publix and Walmart supermarkets. Along the touristy Highway 192, you’ll find lots of restaurants from well-known chains like Outback Steakhouse and TGI Fridays, to take-out options like McDonalds and Subway. Some of Orlando’s best shopping malls are just a short drive away, as are popular entertainment hubs like Old Town, Sunset Plaza and Disney Springs.
For golf, you will find Mystic Dunes Golf Club right next door and many more superb courses close by.

Pool & water park
The huge pool at Windsor Hills is one of the largest resort pools in the area. Featuring easy beach-style entry and beautiful lake views, it’s the perfect spot for refreshing swims. Around the pool is a palm-fringed terrace with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Ride the 2-storey flume slide, play table tennis at the poolside or enjoy long soaks in the 10-person hot tub.
Adjacent to the main pool is the spectacular new water park packed with fun water-based attractions. Kids will love racing on the duelling drop flumes and splashing around at the interactive splash zone which comes complete with 2 slides, a water wheel, flower sprays and water cannons.
When it’s time to refuel, head to the poolside shop where you can grab on-the-go goodies like ice cream, pizza, soda and fun pool items.
The clubhouse
At the heart of the resort is the huge clubhouse, a must-visit for guests of all ages. Overlooking the pool terrace, it’s home to a number of amenities including the Welcome Center, a convenience store, comfy lounge areas and an Internet cafe. Also located here is the game room and movie theater, along with the resort’s state-of-the-art fitness center.
There’s an ATM and DVD rental kiosk in the main reception, and free Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse, breezeway and pool area.
Fitness center
Keep up with your fitness routine at Windsor Hills’ fully equipped gym and fitness center. Open daily and free to use, it features a variety of weight training and cardiovascular equipment. You’ll find running machines, free weights, exercise bikes and weighted machines, as well as plenty of space for pre and post workout stretching. Don’t forget to bring your towel! And sanitise the equipment before and after use.
Sports courts & recreation park
Gather your friends for a game of basketball, tennis or volleyball – or practice your swing on the golf putting green. There’s are two kids’ playgrounds and a smaller tot lot, as well as a dog park for your furry friends to have a good time.
Afterwards, you can cook up a tasty barbecue in the picnic area or head to the on-site restaurant. Alternatively, prepare a tasty feast in your villa’s fully equipped kitchen. Don’t fancy cooking? Game room & movie theater
Youngsters can enjoy fun times with their new found friends in the fully equipped game room. Packed with exciting arcade games, two pool tables and a WII gaming system, it offers hours of entertainment. Located just inside the clubhouse terrace, the room includes a change machine (some games are coin operated), a DVD movie kiosk and access to a 48-seat HD movie theater with surround sound.
In addition to the games room and cinema, you’ll find ping pong tables in the pool area, with paddle rental available from reception for a minimal fee.
The Market Place & Grill
Whether you want to stock up on groceries or enjoy a fresh burger, sandwich or beverage, the Market Place & Grill is where to head. The shop stocks basic food items including milk, eggs, juice, bread and other essentials, while the restaurant serves salads, pizzas and burgers along with a range of soft drinks, beers, cocktails and wine.

Disney shuttle
