Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and just 5 blocks from Fulton Beach Road with its many restaurants, bars, and shops. It has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed, a TV, and access to the half bathroom. In the spacious, open concept living area, there are two large and very comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a big screen TV. The open kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals including a large island that doubles as a dining table. The front porch is covered and cozy. It's a great spot to watch the deer forage across the street while enjoying morning coffee. There is a large back yard and space for your boat trailer. The boat ramp is a straight shot from the cottage, only 5 blocks away! Minutes away from Rockport Beach, the Heritage District, and the Maritime Museum.
