Renew your senses in our tropical oasis located only a few steps from the private beach in a gated community. This home features a large pool, game room, cabana house, seasonal beach chair setup, and exceptional outdoor space. The game room under the cabana house has an arcade, billiards, ping-pong, and more. The parking pad has a basketball goal and plenty of room for vehicles. The swimming pool is one of the largest in the area with a 14-person spa area, tanning shelf, and fountains. The pool can be heated from October - May for an additional fee.Once inside, you find luxurious features throughout. Boomerang Beach House boasts a standalone icemaker, TVs in every room, private bathrooms for each room, an HVAC unit for each level, and UV light for air quality.

Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting.
The home has eight folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach and the daily beach chair setup. We do not supply beach towels.
