So, what's included in the fee?
As a guide, the following HOA services are provided for single-family vacation homes:
- High-speed Century Link Internet & Cable TV package
- Maintenance of the Resort, common areas, roads, etc.
- Each homes' yard work (lawn, gardens, shrubs, trees, and mulch)

Reunion Resort membership

Reunion Resort offers two memberships; Gold and Platinum. Both offer access to the waterpark and sports' facilities - with Platinum membership also including preferential golf rates (for as low as $30 a round).
