Styled in elegant, mountain decor, this family-friendly home opens with a spacious family room and kid-friendly bunk room on the bottom level, with plenty of ski storage at the entrance. Unwind on the sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace and large-screen TV, or fix a drink from the wet bar. With large picture windows, this ground floor offers plenty of light.

A level above, you will find a spacious, open floorplan with a two-story great room, gourmet kitchen and 10-seat dining area. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the light-filled great room to a private, furnished deck with a BBQ grill, creating a sunny atmosphere. Relax on one of the full-length leather sofas or club chairs, get cozy by the gas fireplace, or take in a movie on the large-screen TV.

Steps away, the chefs kitchen features Viking appliances, granite countertops and space to create gourmet meals. Four high-top seats at the breakfast nook add seating for large family dinners.

When you are ready to call it a night, four luxurious suites offer space and privacy with en-suite baths and plush bedding:

Master Bedroom - Third Level King Bed This exquisite room, styled with rich fabrics and accent furniture, features a flat-screen TV, sitting area, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and jetted soaker bathtub. Guests also have a private entrance to a patio with hot tub.

Bedroom 2 - Third Level Queen Bed This room has a flat-screen TV and en-suite bath with combination shower and jetted tub.

Bedroom 3 - Fourth (Top) Level King Bed This roomy suite, located on a private level, has large picture windows, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower and tub.

Bedroom 4 - First Level Twin/Twin and Full/Full Bunk Beds This kid-friendly room sleeps a total of six guests and has en-suite bath with a combination shower and tub.

From your convenient location in the slopeside community, the slopes of Park City Mountain are steps away via the community ski funicular, or a short stroll to the chairlift, where you will also find an award-winning on-site restaurant and year-round sport shop.

To easily reach the resort base, Main Street, or Deer Valley Resort, take the free Park City bus, which stops directly in front of the community, or utilize winter shuttle service. In the summer, you can easily access hiking and biking trails from the on-site trailhead.
