- No smoking inside the property. Violation of this rule results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for any events. Fines will be imposed for unauthorized gatherings.
- Occupancy limit and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems provided. Fines up to $10,000 per violation for noise ordinance breaches.
Use of Amenities
- The home does not have air conditioning.
- Parking is limited to 2 cars: one in the garage and one on the driveway. No street parking allowed.
- The property includes a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair, available on request with 24 hours' notice.
Caveats and Warnings
- Construction projects may occur in the area during the summer, with working hours from 7am to 9pm.
- Open fires and fireworks are banned within Park City limits.
