There was some miss communication on my part on being able to enter the cabin, but it was resolved rather quickly.. the only problem was the remote for the living room did not work.

Our experience with Natural Retreats was perfect. They checked in on us enough, but not too much. There was always someone available to answer our questions and everything in the cabin was great. We loved our stay!
