Description

Located in Las Maretas urbanization, this stunning villa is located over two floors, on the ground level you have a modern and comfortable lounge with multiple UK channels, games console and dining facilities for six people leading to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Two twin bedrooms are located on this level as well as a family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor where you have a master double bedroom with a bathroom. The bedroom has access to the spacious terrace with rattan furniture and stunning sea views out to its neighbouring island Fuerteventura. The lounge and all bedrooms have air-conditioning for your convenience.

The outdoor living area is spacious, a large covered pergola with comfortable rattan sofa and chairs are positioned in the shade for those wanting to cool off and additional dining facilities are to the side of the villa, complete with a brick BBQ and sink for alfresco dining at your disposal. Your private free form swimming pool (heating included between November and April) with steps access is set in the centre of the property complete with a daybed for chilling out. You will also find table tennis and pool tables for your enjoyment. Faro Park is within easy walking distance and offers several restaurants, a couple of bars and a couple of minimarkets. Playa Blanca can be discovered within a 10 minute drive and there is also a regular bus service nearby.

Location

Stunning beaches are right on your doorstep in Playa Blanca. Literally translated to White Beach, this bustling resort is nestled on Lanzarotes southern tip and includes three wonderful beaches, including the main Blue-Flag beach backed by a restaurant-filled promenade. There's an abundance of shopping opportunities in the town as well as a lively night scene, and day trips couldn't be easier - as you have the breath-taking Timanfaya National Park just 15 minutes away, whilst the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura can be reached in a short boat ride from the pretty harbour.
