Villa Sylva is a house of the 70s, stylistically linked to that period in which the Roman bourgeoisie flaunted opulent tastes in the choice of second homes: marble, parquet, boiserie, crystal, brass, carpets, collections. The villa once belonged to the famous actress Sylva Koscina whose photos and portraits are present in the various rooms; the current owner has maintained the original mood of the diva's choices: crystal Murano chandeliers, boiserie ceilings, floors in terracotta and parquet, marble stairs, brass Liberty railings, bathrooms in Tuscan Pietra Dorata and Vietri tiles, fine wood fixtures, antique furniture, showcases with collections of crystals and porcelain. A fascinating and particular setting within an exclusive park, just a stone's throw from the centre of Rome which is easily reachable in 20 minutes thanks to the bus stops and local train station (Sassone) just 1 km from the villa.
