Description
This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath.
The kitchen is equipped with top of the line, new appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

The staff are amazing and helped us when a package unexpectedly arrived prior to our arrival. The house was stunning and had zen music playing as we entered the house. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we needed for our family, and the location was perfect!! We had a fabulous time! Thank you so much.

We stayed the first week in March and had such a wonderful time. Everyone knows about the natural beauty of this place. But it makes it a whole lot easier to enjoy when you are staying in a comfortable, cozy, well equipped house. Here's what was great--the layout was roomy, it has an automatic fireplace, the beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was logically designed and well equipped (not just having the right tools to actually cook, but all were high quality). There was smart storage for our winter gear, and it is just a walk from town. We loved it and will definitely return.
