- Smoking is not permitted on the property. Breaches will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit, along with liability for any damage.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. A $500 fine per pet applies for undisclosed pets.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and subject to fines.
Use of Amenities
- The outdoor hot tub is available during winter and summer, and the swimming pool is open only in summer.
- Jets in the primary bathroom's tub are currently non-functional but can be used as a soaking tub.
Additional Information
- Be aware that many services may be limited during Telluride's "off-seasons" in spring and fall.
