House Rules
- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violations result in a $300 fee and potential liability for fire or property damage costs.
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed with prior approval. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- The accommodation allows for 16 people, with a maximum of 12 adults.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and may involve additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am.
- No amplified sound outside, and indoor noise should not be audible at the property line. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities is prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite according to local regulations. Charges may apply if not followed.
Additional Information
- All vehicles must carry chains from November through March due to winter weather conditions.
