Welcome to this spectacular 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that boasts ocean views throughout, as well as direct beach access via a private boardwalk.

The open plan living area features an abundance of windows, which showcase the beach and the ocean beyond it, as well as allowing for brilliant light to flow into the home.

The well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of counterspace for meal preparation, a pantry, as well as a breakfast bar that seats seven. There is a dining table just off the kitchen which seats six.

The living room - with its beach inspired décor - is off the kitchen, and comes replete with a large sofa, two plush recliners, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to an expansive screened-in porch that overlooks the beach and the ocean.

The screened-in porch is the ideal place to kick back and relax while taking in the spectacular views. It is also the perfect spot to enjoy dinner al fresco, while sitting at the outdoor dining table.

After a busy day in the sun, guests can get their beauty rest in one of four bedrooms, including two master suites off the living area.

There first main suite comes replete with a king-sized bed, a plush armchair, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to the screened-in porch. The en-suite bathroom boasts a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a stand-alone shower.

The second main suite features a wrought iron queen-sized bed, wicker furniture, a spacious armoire, and wall mounted flatscreen TV. It too has its own en-suite bath with dual vanity, as well as a shower and tub.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor. They each of have two full-sized beds, a flatscreen TV, as well as their own bathrooms with tub and shower. They both have access to a deck with ocean views.

Guests have access to a 4 seater golf cart to explore the island.

There is parking for 4 cars as well as an outdoor shower.

This home comes with 2 car passes for week long stays.

Great place! Loved the closeness to the beach. House was very clean, spacious, well decorated and in a great gated community. Golf cart made getting around easy.
