Villa La Picena is a very elegant holiday home with air conditioning, fitness and private pool in a wonderfully quiet location near Ripatransone, in the heart of the Marche, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of the Marche hills. The villa has air conditioning, a fitness room, a veranda with lounge sofas and a private swimming pool and sleeps 10 plus 2 extra beds and is only a 15-minute drive from the Adriatic coast.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees of all kinds, terracotta pots with lemon trees and borders with roses and oleanders, which create a very special Mediterranean atmosphere. A fitness room has been created in a small house in the garden where it is possible to exercise in the shade while enjoying a beautiful view.
