Family Vacation
This year our family decided to host a trip which included several family members. When looking for properties I found several listings through Top Villas...... once we made our selection and started the process, the service received from staff with Top Villas was exceptional. Due to the time of planning our trip and the COVID-19 pandemic that was taking place there were a lot of questions and not once did the staff ignore my chat/email messages. The response time was great and the information shared helped us tremendously. Upon arrival at the property we did experience a few issues however I was able to contact customer service with Top Villas and get most issues addressed promptly. I appreciate the team that I worked with and we have already been in contact with customer service for assistance on planning our trip for 2022.
