Amazing Home
This home was exactly as shown in the pictures and more, that master bathroom was everything, my family loved and enjoyed our stay, we plan to book this sane home again real soon

Perfect house and stay
We had a group of 14 (9 adults and 5 children all under 4), the house was perfect and very accommodating for all ages. Everyone's favorite room was by far the theater room. The check in and check out process was extremely easy. The entire neighborhood was extremely clean and very quiet. Although we didn't get to spend much time at the water park it was a awesome place! We had an event at the Orange County Convention Center for the first 4 days of our stay and then went to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Universal Studios, all which were in a good distance . I would definitely recommend this house and Top Villa's to everyone :)

Relaxing getaway
We (a family of four) spent about three weeks during a spike in COVID pandemic in Florida at this lovely property. Overall, it was a relaxing and great time away from our home in DC area. The pool was the center of activities for our two kids and indoors had much to offer too, including a spacious kitchen, well thought-out Sonos system through most of the rooms, functional movie theater, two Xbox play stations, etc. High-speed wifi was great and helped me continue working throughout our stay as needed. Location wise, it was easy to get grocery deliveries as well as restaurant deliveries along with UPS/Fedex packages (note that USPS mail does not get delivered to this resort property). Top Villas team was especially great in helping us deal with various minor issues on this property: they were always prompt to respond to our emails and were quite effective in coordinating with a local property management company that oversees this property. Kudos to the team at Top Villas!
