Downstairs offers an open-plan concept living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a family room which leads you out to the pool area. You will also find 2 spacious bedrooms on this level, a 2-car garage and a guest washroom. Upstairs, there's plenty to entertain with a loft area complete with a pool table and a flat-screen TV and a superb home theater. There is also a huge master suite with access to a private balcony and 2 further en-suite guest bedrooms. The pool area is truly stunning with a large pool and relaxing spillover tub, sunloungers and a covered lanai with a table and chairs for alfrecso dining. The Bears Den is an exclusive gated development within Orlando's prestigious Reunion Resort with homes overlooking the 18th fairway of the Tradition Course at Reunion Resort.

This home does not have access to the Reunion Resort amenities, however as a guest of this home you will have access to the fantastic amenities at the neighboring Encore Resort which is just a few minutes drive away from Bears Den. The amenities include unlimited entry to the waterpark, a clubhouse, lots of sports and leisure activities and a wide range of dining options.
