Villa Sol y Mar is a newly built, exquisitely designed villa situated in Marigot and looking east over the Marigot Bay and the Atlantic ocean. Designed and furnished in a clean, contemporary style by architect Francois Pecard, Sol y Mar boasts a collection of stylish and comfortable furniture from the design studio of Christian Liaigre.

The main living, dining, and kitchen area is open to the terrace and pool, creating an inviting and efficient shared common area for the home's guests. The hardwood deck outside offers plentiful space for relaxing in the sun, with the infinity pool providing a welcome and cooling respite from the midday heat. Palms and live bamboo compliment the green hillsides that stretch away down toward the sea.

Just steps away is a second living area with an HDTV home cinema system. Also on this level is the master bedroom suite, which boasts an exceptionally large ensuite bath with a tub. The other five bedrooms are on a lower level, most with their own semi-private decks offering a view similar to that from the terrace. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the furnishings and linens are all high quality.
