Our Cape Cod-style estate defines casual chic on an 80-foot wide stretch of beachfront on the most exclusive beach in Malibu. Drift off and wake to the sound of waves from every bedroom. The six-bedroom, 6,000 square-foot main house has two master suites. The upstairs master has a private deck with an outdoor fireplace and a spacious adjoining bedroom that is perfect for young children. The downstairs master has a deck with a jacuzzi. It also has separate his-and-hers bathrooms and his-and-hers walk-in closets. For teenagers or another family, there is a detached two-story, 950 square-foot guest house. The entire second floor is a large, open bedroom that sleeps five. There is a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, and a cozy living room. Altogether this versatile home can accommodate 12 people in beds. The chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar opens to a spacious dining area with an ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped for catering with three ovens, two dishwashers and professional grade Viking appliances. You can also dine alfresco on the deck or barbecue in the private backyard beach area. Available for vacations, family reunions, corporate retreats, special events, and location filming.
