The Olivo apartment has been obtained thanks to an accurate and complete restoration of a rustic, slightly detached from the main building, spread over a single floor (ground) and consists of an entrance hall with kitchenette and living area, a bedroom and a bathroom, in the living area there is a practical sofa bed. To complete the housing unit there is also a small private garden enclosed by a native hedge and equipped with table and chairs which makes the location secluded and exclusive, particularly suitable for couples looking for a quiet and reserved place. The house is equipped with a kitchen with induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and exclusive washing machine as well as air conditioning. The equipment of the apartment is complete with bed linen and towels which are changed every seven days. The towels for the pool are included in the supply.
