This incredible 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom seafront property at the edge of the Tyrrhenian Sea offers enough luxury living space to sleep up to twenty guests in the utmost comfort, and offers incredible views of the bay and port of Talamone. Inside, the villa is divided into three levels, with the ground floor hosting a formal dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and various living areas with comfortable sofas - providing guests a large choice of where to relax during their downtime. The first and second floors are where guests will find the bedrooms, with seven of these located on the first floor and the remaining three on the second. All ten bedrooms offer a king-size bed, but one of these can be converted to contain two twin beds upon request. Outside, guests will benefit from 4 hectares of garden space, with outdoor lounge seating, sunloungers, an alfresco dining area, a vegetable garden, and, of course, a private swimming pool. The pool is located roughly 100m from the villa, allowing complete privacy during an afternoon dip. The climate at the villa is fantastic; the summer months bring a light breeze, and enjoying lunch or dinner outside is a veritable delight, with temperatures never too hot nor too fresh even during the off-peak season. With a dedicated team of staff, and located just an hour's drive from Montalcino, Siena and Bolgheri, this property is the perfect base for a Tuscan getaway.
