This house is located perfectly for a quick drive to town to explore in the mild summer. In the winter, take the free shuttle right out your front door as well as hike, snowshoe, or ski the myriad of trails all around this property with quick access to NFS land. There is no shortage of amenities, including a private hot tub, fireplace, propane grill, high-speed internet & cable. This Chalet provides your group with a cozy and luxurious environment to enjoy a beautiful summer or to ski high alpine powder, all while making unforgettable memories in Breckenridge.
Ground Level
Garage
As you enter through the garage, you'll find space for one car, as well as room to store equipment. You will also find a game room that includes a ping pong table. There is space in the driveway for two other cars. IMPORTANT: There is NO street parking allowed. You may only bring three vehicles. Additional vehicles will be towed without a warning.
Kitchen
Heading into the house from the game room, you'll be greeted with a beautiful open floor plan with natural light and vaulted ceilings that capture the kitchen, living room and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. Not to mention the premium kitchen appliances, featuring a wine cooler and a four-burner gas stove top, you will have everything you need for a pre-ski breakfast or a family dinner! There is a breakfast bar as well that comfortably seats 4.
Living Area
The living room has a wall of west facing windows and cozy couches & seating surrounding a fireplace and large flatscreen TV with cable. The dining room includes a hardwood dining table that seats 8 comfortably, perfect for gathering with your group for a home cooked meal.
Bedroom 1
The master suite on the main level includes a king-size bed, private deck area that includes the hot tub, a walk-in closet, and an expansive en-suite master bath with two sinks, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a flatscreen TV with cable and a fireplace!
Top Level Contains
Bedroom 2
At the top of the stairs, you will find that the second bedroom includes a king-size bed, and an en-suite bath with two sinks, a vanity, a jetted tub, and a glass walk-in shower. Additionally, this room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable!
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom contains a king bed as well as a flat-screen TV and a built-in desk area. You'll have direct access to the third bathroom, which is also shared with the fourth bedroom. This bathroom includes a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom contains two twin-size beds as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa and a flats-screen TV with cable. You'll have access to a shared bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
Outside Area
Off the dining room, you can access the deck space with outdoor seating for an unbeatable spot to enjoy a morning coffee or to watch the sunset and stars come out. The deck also has a stainless-steel grill, perfect for putting together quick and incredible family meals!
