Description

Step into this gorgeous modern home in the beautiful gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa. This 5 bedroom property has all of the amenities you want just minutes from the world famous Coachella Valley Arts & Music Festival and the entertainers dream home. Features include a split floor plan. Large private master suite, Open living room with fireplace, chefs kitchen with dinning area and large island and walk in pantry. Beautiful back yard with pool, spa, outdoor gameroom and views.

Outdoors

Enjoy the large pool or take in some sun one of the eight loungers. Grill up some burgers on the built-in barbecue and enjoy an afternoon lunch with dinning for twelve and additional seating areas for four, high-top bistro table for for three and two hanging swing chairs. Relax in the cabana or read a book in the hammock. Challenge your friends and family to a round of one of many games including jenga! I've got winner! The outdoor game area features a bean bag toss game, pool table, foosball, large connect four and shuffleboard!

Indoors

The living room features two spanky sofas, two chairs and coffee table centered in front the fireplace and 75-inch LG Smart TV with a remote controlled ceiling fan. The chefs fully-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances including an LG french door refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. In addition, to the large center island with a sink and bar seating for 4 the kitchen also features an LG double oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and a large walk-in pantry. The dinning area features a table with dinning for six and views of the back patio.

Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
