SPA/POOL HEAT: The heating system for this spa/pool runs on propane and is very expensive to operate. We do charge an additional fee to heat. SPA/POOL HEAT FEE $120/night with a 3 night minimum - $600/week. If you elect to heat only the spa, the fee is 1/2. You'll want to communicate whether or not you want the pool heated in advance as it takes a full day to get toasty for your arrival.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This home is also equip with an east facing camera in the courtyard to monitor real occupancy and emergencies only.
Property has a West facing Ring camera that monitors the front courtyard and is used to monitor real occupany and for emergency use only. No other video recordig devices are present.
