- Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Fountain Hills takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
- Pool/spa heating system runs on propane and is VERY expensive to operate. We provide spa heating for free as part of your reservation but do charge a fee ($100/night or $500/wk) to have both the spa and pool heated during your stay. Please communicate if you'd like the pool heated as this requires advanced notice in order to be toasty warm at arrival.
- Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
- This amazing home is surrounded by a miles beautiful Desert greenbelt to the East. This makes the foliage attractive for beautiful butterflies almost year round, but also a few other pests. We spray to keep them in check but please watch your step if you venture beyond the pool or off the driveway/paths.
- A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only.
