Description
Casa di Pali' is a modern villa set on a hill, immersed in the green and tranquillity of the Marche countryside, less than 20 kilometres from Urbino and Pesaro. A former farmhouse from the 1920s, it was completely reconstructed in 2014 with particular attention to the recovery of some of the materials. Beautiful river stones embellish the walls of the house while exposed wooden beams embellish the ceilings. The ground floor features a large open-plan living area, with fireplace expertly located in the centre, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. This is the true heart of the house which, thanks to the large sliding glass doors, opens onto the pool area, on one side, and, on the other, onto the veranda furnished with sofas and tables, creating an additional relaxation area, in a quiet panoramic position. Much appreciated is the outdoor kitchen located under a lovely wooden pergola and equipped with built-in barbecue to fully enjoy life in the open air. A long wooden table with benches is positioned under a pergola adjacent to the kitchen, and protected by climbing plants, making it the ideal place for outdoor meals, even on the hottest days.
