Being centrally located next to Grocery stores, restaurants as well as a short drive to Anna Maria Island this location has it all! Enjoy the outdoors? Taking strolls along Palma Sola Blvd will not be a disappointment with sweeping views of the Bay around every corner! Bringing a boat? Store the trailer in the driveway and drop it off around the corner at Kingfish Boat Ramp.

The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. This Kitchen also comes with a double oven when preparing those large family meals! Dining in? Off of the living room is the dining room that offers seating for 8 to enjoy home-cooked meals with additional seating around the kitchen bar.
