Set upon a hilltop, within a 27-hectare estate, the villa is made up of the main house, characterized by a watch-tower structure, and a separate guest annexe - making it a great choice for larger groups. Ideal for wine lovers, this home is located within the Chianti Classico territory and the estate where the villa resides actually produces its own wine, which is available on request! Lovingly restored, this property has kept many of its original features, with stone walls and exposed wooden beams throughout. Inside offers a comfortable living area with a sunken reading corner, a formal dining room, a delightfully traditional kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Upstairs in the watch tower you will find an additional cosy lounge and on the third floor, an art studio with large windows overlooking the beautiful Chianti landscape. The remaining 5 bedrooms can be found in the guest annex, which also features an open plan living and dining area, a kitchenette and an upstairs lounge. Outside, beautiful manicured gardens surround the property, providing complete privacy.
