Description

Ideally located in Gouves within walking distance to the beach, shops and facilities, is this welcoming 5-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool and enough space to sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. With its lovely interiors, spacious manicured gardens, swimming pool and terraces, this villa is set to impress for its prime position, comfort and high value for money.

Inside, the villa been cleverly designed and is set over 3 floors. The main living area is located on the middle floor and includes a spacious air-conditioned lounge with satellite TV, dining area and terrace, an impressive kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances as well as a WC. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with an en-suite double bedroom (air-conditioned) and 2 twin bedrooms (air-conditioned) sharing a family bathroom with a washing machine. The lower ground floor houses a large open-plan living area with extra kitchenette as well as 2 double bedrooms and a family shower room. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned while the other one is equipped with fans. To guarantee maximum comfort to the guests during all seasons, we have set the maximum occupancy to 8 guests (despite the actually larger number of beds) in order to allow the guests to fully enjoy the villa, the gardens as well as the common areas.

Outside, the home offers its guests spacious furnished terraces as well as spacious gardens with lawn, shrubs and trees. The large private pool measures 6m x 5m and depth is 1.5m. Sunbeds and shades are provided, together with a beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ.
