With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and amazing outdoor areas, the home can sleep up to 7 guests and offers breathtaking sea views over the sea up to the famous island of Spinalonga. Restaurants, bars and boat trips are available by the seaside at just 600m from the villa: a perfect solution for all those who want to enjoy the cosmopolitan and exclusive Cretan atmosphere.

This is a brand new property, designed with comfort in mind. Each detail has been carefully studied to offer a superior holiday experience. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area, as well as a spacious double bedroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a further double bedroom (with en-suite shower room) as well as a family bathroom with bathtub are located. The third bedroom is actually a self-contained suite with its own independent access, en-suite shower room, kitchenette and access to an amazing outdoor breakfast area that all the guests can of course enjoy together. The property is air-conditioned.

The large private pool, set at the front of the house, is equipped with high quality sunbeds and offers unobstructed views to the sea and to the island of Spinalonga. Enjoying long hours of sun, together with a refreshing dip in the sparkling water, will be a truly memorable experience. Chill-out areas as well as an outdoor dining table are available for the guests, to relax and unwind both during day and night. Enjoying a delicious breakfast or an al-fresco dinner with such a view will be an experience to remember!
