The home itself appears to emerge from the rocky boulders adding even more dramatic views of the Coachella Valley below.

Nestled mountainside in the Little Tuscany neighborhood, less than five minutes from downtown Palm Springs, the estate offers dramatic views from a setting of total seclusion. Enclosed by a leafy privacy wall, the backyard features manicured lawns, a zero-scaped desert garden and stone walkways. Cool off in the circular swimming pool, relax in the raised hot tub, or simply take in the panoramic views from black alder, chaise lounge chairs. The rest of the residence is styled in modern, chic decor, including a wood-paneled kitchen, 8-seat dining table beneath an industrial styled chandelier, a separate 5-seat breakfast table, and a charming indoor fire pit -- also designed by White. The living room also features a custom built in bar, fireplace and relaxed sitting area.

Sliding glass doors throughout, a swooping tongue and groove ceiling, and expansive wrap-around balcony create seamless flow for indoor/outdoor living. Sip coffee from one of several sitting areas with a front-row seat to mountain and valley views.

With its 2 driveways and double car garage for 3 cars, the home offers the freedom to explore restaurants, boutiques, galleries and parks in downtown Palm Springs and entertainment in the surrounding Coachella Valley, including multiple golf courses. Joshua Tree National Park is an hour drive. However you choose to explore the beauty of Palm Springs, The villa will inspire with its lush grounds, indoor/outdoor layout and high design.
