A massively popular indoor trampoline park in Wekiva Springs, north of central Orlando, Rebounderz is a great place for the whole family. With attractions such as a huge combination jumper with 75 trampoline beds, Ninja warrior courses, trampoline dodgeball, a 5-level playground, toddler park, and a parent’s lounge, you could easily fill a whole day of your Orlando vacation here and still have more left to do. Rebounderz is open on weekdays from 03:00 pm through 08:00 pm, and on weekends from 10:00 am through 08:00 pm.

There are various price packages available. For access to all the facilities and unlimited time at Rebounderz, the Club Rebounderz package is great value at $29, and it also offers 30% off future visits and a discount in the cafe. You can also buy timed slots of 2 hours ($26), 90 minutes ($23), and 1 hour ($20). 

Rebounderz offers weekly events, including ‘Munchkin And Me’ sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, aimed at children aged 7 and under and their parents. On the first Monday of each month, Rebounderz also runs ‘Sensory-Friendly Nights’, when the music, lights, and excitement are toned down to provide a less overwhelming experience.

DEFY Orlando

The trampoline park is just one of many awesome attractions at DEFY Orlando, one of the premier indoor sports venues in the city. DEFY has an ‘open jump’ room, with many floor trampolines set out over a large space where you can jump, flip and spin. Elsewhere in the complex, there is a parkour room, zip-lining, and battle beams, amongst many other fun and exciting activities.

There are a few ticket options, depending on how long you want to spend at DEFY Orlando. For a 1-hour session, the price is $16.99 for those aged 6 and over. For under 6’s, the cost is $12.99, while under 2’s get in for free. If you want to stay a little longer, there are 90-minute tickets available for $23.99/$17.99, and 2-hour tickets cost $27.99/$20.99.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park

If you’re looking for a trampoline park in Orlando with an endless variety of attractions and games, then Sky Zone is the one for you. Far from being a standard trampoline park, Sky Zone has got a huge range of fun games and activities to try, from Wipeout, where you need to use the springy trampoline floor to leap over a rotating sweeper arm, to Skyjoust, where you and your friend battle it out, gladiator style with giant clubs over a pit of foam. There is alsoSkyslam, the ultimate mashup between basketball and trampolining, and a freestyle jump zone for simple trampolining if that’s more your thing.

Entry tickets cover access to all activities within Sky Zone. Prices are $20 for 1 hour, $24 for 90 minutes, and $28 for 2 hours. You can also purchase an annual pass for $169.99, which gives the holder unlimited access to the park.

Sky Zone is open daily from 11:00 am until 08:00 pm. It is a little outside of the main Orlando area and is located in Clermont to the west of the city. It is about a 30-minute drive from Downtown Orlando.

Altitude Trampoline Park

With a plethora of trampoline courts to choose from, Altitude is one of the best trampoline parks in Orlando for all ages and abilities. The main court features wall-to-wall trampolines spread over thousands of square feet, while the performance trampoline zone is a must-visit for parkour enthusiasts or those looking for a high-adrenaline bouncing experience. There’s also a kid’s court, where youngsters can join in the fun in their own dedicated zone under the watchful eye of court monitors. Special events take place at Altitude on select days, including Friday Night Frenzy, Junior Jumpers Jam, Sensory Play Days, and Glo In The Park on Saturday evenings.

Altitude Trampoline Park is located in Kissimmee, within easy reach of all of Orlando’s most popular areas. In order to bounce, you will need to sign a liability waiver, which you can do online in advance of your visit to save yourself time. Altitude is open every day of the week, from 10:00 am through 09:00 pm, apart from on Fridays and Saturdays, when it opens from 10:00 am through 10:00 pm. Prices for Altitude Trampoline Park are $19 for 1 hour, $24 for 90 minutes, $28 for 2 hours, and $34 for 3 hours.

Dezerland Park

Jump Start is Dezerland Park’s incredible indoor trampoline park, which is Florida’s largest indoor attraction. Featuring 20000 square feet of trampoline courts, dodgeball, and other activity areas. Dezerland Park has plenty of other attractions on offer too, making it a fantastic place for the whole family to visit in Orlando. It is home to The Auto Museum, where petrol heads can see exciting exhibitions of cars from around the world, movie cars from James Bond and Batman, a Vespa lounge, and the world’s longest car. The park also has ax throwing, karting, and an arcade.

Each attraction at Dezerland park is individually ticketed. The trampoline park costs $29.95 for an all-day pass, while the Auto Museum costs $24.95 to enter. There are usually special offers that you can take advantage of, where adding monetary value to a PlayCard gives you extra credit to use in the park. PlayCards and tickets can be purchased on Dezerland’s website. Dezerland Park is open daily until 11:00 pm.

Planet Obstacle

Boasting the title of the world’s largest indoor obstacle park, Planet Obstacle is an adventure wonderland of fun-filled activities and games. The main part of the park is a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course, with high ropes, slopes, and zip lines, but there are also trampoline zones, ball pits, and bumper cars. Essentially, if you can imagine it, you’ll probably find it at Planet Obstacle.

Planet Obstacle is located in Lake Mary, just north of Orlando, and is open every day except for Mondays. From Tuesday through Friday, the park is open from 03:00 pm through 09:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, it opens from 10:00 am through 08:00 pm. 

Tickets can be purchased as hourly passes or full-day tickets. Hourly rates start at $14.95, and all-day passes during the week are $55.95, while day passes at weekends cost $65.95.

Urban Air Adventure Park

Urban Air has got adventure parks all over the USA, including one coming soon in the west of Orlando. They are the ultimate adventure activity parks, with wall-to-wall trampoline rooms, climbing walls, laser tag, and even indoor skydiving. Urban Air has trampolines suitable for beginners, acrobatic experts, and a scaled-back kids zone.

The Orlando park is not open yet but is due to open very soon (opening is currently slated for 2022). If you want to get your trampoline fix in the meantime, you can visit Urban Air’s other parks in Florida. They have sites across the state, including in Tampa, Miami, and Melbourne. Urban Air Adventure Parks are open daily, until 08:00 PM on weeknights and 10:00 PM on Saturdays. Tickets to access basic attractions, which cover the trampoline park, cost $15.99.
