Disney World Frozen Ever After
Height needed to ride; any
Where; World Showcase at EPCOT
It’s fair to say that when it was released back in 2013, Frozen was a sensational success. The story of Elsa, Anna, and Olaf was a hit with kids and adults alike, and even if, after 8 years, you wish that the kids would ‘Let It Go’ and play something else in the car, the impact that the movie had cannot be denied. So it comes as no surprise that the park has made the most of that popularity, with the Frozen Ever After Disney World ride.
Prepare for a magical adventure as you board the ride for a journey to Arundel. Look out for all of your favorite characters as you sing along to hit songs from the movie. Your toddler will be delighted by the colors, lights, and sounds on this gentle ride. There are a few small drops, and riders may get a bit wet, but overall this is one of the best Disney rides for toddlers.
Height needed to ride: any
Reach for the stars in Astro Orbiter, Disney World’s fun, slow-spinning ride for all ages. Your little ones will feel like real space explorers as they fly past colorful planets and twinkling constellations from a two-seater retro rocket. The captain of the ship (that’s you) has control over how high the rocket goes and how much it moves up and down, so you can ensure that the ride is the perfect amount of fun for your child. Astro Orbiter is a Disney ride for an all-around sensory experience and guarantees a fun time for astronauts of all ages, and one of the most fun rides for toddlers.
Mad Tea Party
Height needed to ride: Any
Take your toddler for a spin around Wonderland on the Mad Tea Party ride at Disney World’s Fantasyland. The ride is modeled after one of the original attractions from 1955. It takes families on a fun journey through the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. The great thing about this ride is that you are in control of how much your teacup spins, if at all. If you and your little one prefer a calm ride, sit back and relax on a gentle turn around the beautifully designed ride, or spin the wheel for a little more excitement. The Mad Hatter Tea Party ride is an institution at the park and is a classic for riders of all ages. It is one of the best rides for toddlers in the park.
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid at Disney World
Height needed to ride: Any
Find out if life really is better down where it’s wetter on the Little Mermaid ride at Disney World. Under The Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid takes riders on an adventure through the underwater kingdom of Ariel and friends. You can get up close and personal with character animatronics from the beloved movie. Explore life below the waves, all without getting wet! This slow and colorful ride is one of the best attractions at Disney World for toddlers. Some may find a few of the big animatronics, such as the dastardly sea witch Ursula, a bit scary.
The Seas with Nemo and Friends
Height needed to ride: Any
Where: World Nature at EPCOT
Take your little guppies on a trip beneath the waves on this fun and educational ride based on Pixar’s Finding Nemo. Disney World has created a magical undersea adventure featuring fishy friends from the hit movie. Hang out with Marlin and Dory and catch a wave with Crush as you hunt for Nemo. The ride doesn’t end once you leave your clam-mobile. Once the ride part of the attraction is over, you can introduce your toddler to the real-life versions of the undersea inhabitants of Finding Nemo. Grab an activity sheet and help Dory find her friends on a scavenger hunt around a beautiful aquarium featuring corals, clownfish, and even reef sharks. You can find this wonderful attraction in EPCOT, which is perhaps the best Disney World park for toddlers.
Where: Dinoland USA
For something a little different and totally rawrsome, take your little paleontologist on a journey back in time to meet Sue. She’s not just the most famous dinosaur at Disney World, but one of the best known and most complete skeletons ever discovered. Although the real Sue is on display in all her glory in Chicago, the t-rex at Disney World is a meticulous replica of the fossil. She’s a very obliging dinosaur, happy to stand and pose all day long for photographs. Dino Sue at Dinoland USA is a great alternative for when you need a break from the rides.
How much does a Disney World ticket for toddlers cost?
