Description

This beautiful home has everything you need for your next Rockport vacation and so much more. You get wonderful views of Copano Bay from the front deck, and canal access from the back. Behind the home is a boat launch and plenty of room to park your trailer. You can tie up to the dock, or just fish from the dock. There is also a fish cleaning station on the dock. Under the house is a bonus outdoor living space with a refrigerator, microwave, a huge picnic table, and half bath. Grill the day's catch and enjoy the sunset here while enjoying a cool beverage. Inside the home you'll find a spacious living room with oversized, comfortable seating, a massive TV, and views of Copano Bay. The first bedroom has a king bed and bay views. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has a king bed and canal views. The two bathrooms are side by side and each is shared by two bedrooms. The first bathroom has a tub and shower combination, the second bathroom has a shower. The open kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal, or a pitcher of margaritas. The breakfast bar has seating for 4. The dining table has seating for 6 and has canal views.
