- Pool towels are for use at the home’s private pool only; refrain from taking them to the resort clubhouse or hanging them over the pool fence.
- Access to the Reef Club and resort amenities requires a reservation copy and a valid photo ID.
- Ensure the pool heater is arranged 3 days beforehand; operational hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. The heater must remain on for the entire stay if requested. Pool temperature may be cooler during colder months due to ambient conditions.
Parking and Guest Registration
- Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.
- Provide full names of all guests aged 18 or older for guest registration to secure gate access. Resort pass sharing is not permitted.
