Description
The historic renovation effort, completed in 2006, has created an easy and comfortable home away from home. Sleeping six, this beautifully remodeled cottage has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half-bath, and accommodates guests with one king-sized bed, and two full beds. The master bedroom includes a fireplace and an en suite bathroom. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms upstairs.
The cozy living room is complete with a fireplace, and the kitchen is fully-stocked to help make meal prep a breeze. Dine together at the six-person table and recount the days events. Relax on the back deck in one of the lounge chairs and admire the view of the rolling mountains. Guests have access to the Old Dairy Community Center located across the street which includes a seasonal outdoor pool, large indoor hot tub, and fitness room. Conveniently located in close proximity to the area attractions, including the Milk House Market, the Jefferson Pools, and only a 10 minute drive to the Homestead Resort.
For your convenience, the cottage includes a washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. We encourage you to bring your four-legged friend, as dogs are accommodated for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog and $50 for a second.
Please note that guests must be 21 years of age to rent this property.
