You will immediately fall in love with the abundance of windows pouring in the beautiful outdoor surrounding and views of the sparkling waters of the in-ground swimming pool and hot tub. The private pool and hot tub area are gated. There is a propane grill near the pool for the BBQ lovers. Historic Gruene, Natural Bridge Caverns and Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch is 12 miles away. Only 10 miles to Downtown New Braunfels where you can find ample restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. 11 miles to the world famous Schlitterbahn.
